The Human Resources Committee is in charge of efficiently managing the organization to equalize and mediate all committees that call for a resolution to fulfill the legislated and operational duties of each committee within the council. It is also responsible for developing fundamental policies and human resource planning strategies to provide recommendations for the general welfare of all with consideration and to generate the management of disciplinary and grievance concerns from each committee with utmost confidentiality through examination of internal complaints, including, but not limited to, work responsibilities, performance evaluations, and general character of all respective members.
