Here is the Activity Flow of the NSTP CWTS Fieldwork:
One member per group will be assigned as Fieldwork Staff.
Among those who will be assigned, you will be the overall coordinator of this event. You will be the emcees or hosts.
Please assign who will be:
a. Welcoming Person/Host/Emcee
b. Opening Prayer/Host/Emcee
c. Opening Remarks/Host/Emcee
d. Ice Breaker for whole 50 kids -- Output of the Ice Breaker should divide them into 3 groups
e. Prayer Before Meals/Host/Emcee
*Fieldwork Staff will coordinate with Session Facilitators for a smooth transition and flow of the program.
*Fieldwork Staff and Session Facilitators per group to finalize a 3-5 minute group presentation (song number, poetry reading, dance performance, etc.) to be performed during the 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM activity slot.

Before the NSTP Fieldwork
On the Pre-Fieldwork Documents: Ensure the submission of the medical certificate together with notarized guardian/parental consent.
On the Proper Attire: Wear the designated UST NSTP T-shirt, UST ID, jeans, jogging pants, and rubber shoes. Avoid wearing ripped jeans, slippers, or flip-flops. Refrain from heavy makeup and unnecessary accessories.
On the Personal Necessities: Bring personal necessities such as sun protection, a handkerchief or face mask, ample water supply, personal snacks, packed lunch, extra upper clothing, and personal medication.
Bring Php 300 for the bus and jeepney fare, depending on the total number of students attending as 60% of the bus fares are subsidized by the University.
Eat breakfast before the fieldwork. Bring your packed lunch. There are no available food or drinks in the community.
During NSTP Fieldwork
Attendance and Punctuality
Mandatory attendance for all NSTP students.
Anticipated absences must be reported in advance.
Upon arrival at the University, gather promptly inside the designated bus.
Latecomers will not be accommodated; notify the facilitator and wait for instructions 3 days after the fieldwork.
As per policy, catching up or solo travel to the community is not permitted if you arrive late.
Behavior in the Community
Avoid excessive noise, clustering, or loitering during free time. Engage and converse with people in the community. Observe the buddy system.
Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and the location of emergency exits. In case of any emergency, follow the instructions of NSTP facilitators.
If you have concerns, ask your facilitator first.
Respect for the Community
Be respectful to the community, respecting their culture, customs, and beliefs.
Remember that there is limited or almost no signal in the community.
Find ways to flush the toilet.
Do not leave any trash in the community.

Tanging ang UST Gates 1, 7, at 14 ang bubuksan tuwing Linggo. Manage your time.
