As other people usually say, the process of learning is not only confined to the four corners of the classroom. We even greatly learn the essential things in life beyond those four corners which implies the experiences we have made outside and connecting with the people around us.
Being a part of SEAMEO’s Batch 9 of SEA Teacher Exchange Program served as a great opportunity for me to broaden my knowledge and served as an eye-opening experience. I am beyond grateful for SEAMEO, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University (VRU), and to our very own University of Santo Tomas (UST) for allowing me to spread my wings and expand our horizons through breaking the barriers for the goal of education without any borders.
As I have discovered, embraced, and accepted the unknown, I have also learned to grow among the diversity and that change can be good sometimes. Growing amid being different among the culture of the others does not always mean that you are alone and have nobody else but yourself. It could also mean that your uniqueness can bring inspiration as well as knowledge to everyone you meet.
