Princess Angel Galono is currently studying at one of the most prestigious universities in the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas (UST). She has taken the program Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Filipino. She graduated from La Consolation College-Caloocan when she was Senior High School under the Academic Strand of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS).
She’s interested in watching movies, especially Marvel movies. Further, she’s also a student-leader since she was in her Junior High School, she has four (4) certificates from the Ombudsman of the Philippines for implementing school-wide projects when she was in her Junior High School. Aside from that, she also has multiple awards for being a leader, one of those is the school-based leadership award and she was one of those awardee in her previous school in Junior High School.
Someday, alongside being a teacher, she also wants to have her own business.
And she believes that the hardest choices require the strongest will.
Shane Mia is currently a student at the University of Santo Tomas (UST). She is taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Filipino. She finished her senior high school at ACTS Computer College, Sta. Cruz, Laguna, under the strand of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS).
She has an interest in reading various types of literature, especially novels and poems. In addition, aside from being an educator, she is also aspiring to become a writer someday. When she was in elementary and junior high school, she was active in joining contests related to journalism. During the 2013 District Elementary Press Conference held at Majajay, Laguna, she won 1st place in the category of news writing. In the 2017 Cluster 5 Re-echo of Regional Training-Workshop on Campus Journalism held at Magdalena, Laguna, she won 3rd place in the category of science and health writing.
She believes that with her love and passion, she can achieve her dreams in the future.
Julius Pontillas, currently a second-year Education student at the University of Santo Tomas (UST), is actively involved in various religious and academic organizations. He is a member of one of the religious organizations inside UST, namely UST Pax Romana- Education Unit, and a staff of another organization called Becarios de Santo Tomas. Meanwhile, he is also a Mass Organizer in his foundation called Puso Ng Ama Foundation, located at Lower Empire in Payatas. Aside from this, he is also a Program Head of one of the Youth Ministries in the said foundation. Julius took the General Academic Strand (GAS) in Senior High School at Montessori Professional Colleges of Asia.
One of his favorite things to do is hang out with his friends and family, and he enjoys doing adventurous things such as hiking, camping, and the like. He also likes talking with other people and listening to their stories. Julius also wants to serve other people. He volunteered in his church to join them in visiting and evangelizing the Mangyan tribes in 2018 and 2019. This year, in May of 2022, amidst the pandemic, he is looking forward to going back to Mindoro to meet his Mangyan friends again there.
For him, Youth Ministry and serving other people are his oxygen- he can’t and wouldn’t live without these.
