The University of Southern Philippines grew steadily with two campuses in Mabini and Lahug. In Lahug campus, there are five separate libraries, Elementary library located on the second floor of the Elementary building, High School Library on the 3rd floor of the High School building, College & Senior High School Library, Law Library, and Graduate School Library located on the second floor of Don Agustin Jereza building, named Escolastico Duterte Memorial Library. Two separate libraries for the elementary and high school are maintained in the Mabini campus. All libraries in the Mabini and Lahug campuses are air-conditioned.
