How to check out books.
The borrower presents the book(s) at the circulation counter for proper marking.
LOAN PERIOD
2. How to reserve a book.
Faculty members are requested to check out the availability of the materials they want to be placed on reserve, before assigning their students for their use.
3. How to use the OPAC
Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is a computerized version of the card catalog for easy and quick access of the materials in the library.
Encode keyword, title, author, or subject on the "Enter search term" box;
A drop-down list of materials that match your search will be shown;
Browse and select the needed materials, double click on the selected item;
The complete bibliographic information of the item is given;
Copy the complete call number and sub-location and look for the item on the shelf.
4. How to return/renew check out books
Borrowed books must be returned on time or to renew it if they are still needed. To renew, borrowed books should be bought to the circulation counter for record purposes.
5. Fines and Penalties:
Borrowing privileges shall be suspended if there are unreturned materials/and, or accountabilities or gross failure to observe circulation policies.

Observe silence at all times
Bags, envelopes, folders, etc. must be left in the Depository/Baggage Area.
Handle the books and the other library materials properly.
Leave books on the table after using except those books "On Reserve".
Sleeping, eating, smoking and doing classroom projects are not allowed in the library.
Students caught defacing, mutilating or stealing any library materials or property will be dealt with accordingly.
Present all things for inspection to the staff in-charge upon leaving the library
Violations of the rules and regulations of the library shall not be excused on the plea if IGNORANCE.
The High School Library contains collection of books periodicals, magazines, newspapers, pamphlets which support the school's thrusts, philosophy and goals as well as the High School curricular offerings.
