2023 TAD Assignments

Important Note:  Only the Midshipmen or the Work Center TAD Supervisor needs to submit the change request to avoid confusion and duplication.

Midshipmen:

1) Request to Swap Jobs  - If you can find someone willing to swap TAD jobs, and obtain approval from your current and prospective Work Center Supervisor, you may propose the change to the USNA TAD Coordinator. Each Midshipman requesting to swap TAD jobs can submit a request (highly advised).  Include the work center approvals in your request!

2) Request Follow-On Work - If your Work Center Supervisor no longer needs your support, you can request a "follow-on" TAD job.   Include the name of the work center you're going to, provide the work center approvals, and specify the requested Start Date in your request!

TAD Supervisors:

1)  This form may be used to request a Midshipman for Follow-On work or to request a Swap in TAD jobs.  Please ensure that the affected work center TAD Supervisor (if applicable) is aware and approves of the change!  Include handshake information in the request.

Dates will change and it is critical for the Work Center Supervisor and USNA TAD Coordinator to know each TAD's Prospective Rotation Date (PRD) from USNA!

Midshipmen, TAD Supervisors, & Community Leads

Midshipmen:

Have questions about leave, tasking, or anything else?  Please contact your TAD Supervisor!

ALCON:

The USNA TAD Coordinator may be contacted at tadcoordinator@usna.edu for special cases, recommendations, and/or issues.

For your situational awareness, the USNA Chief of Staff (CoS) owns all TADs who are attached to this UIC.  As critical tasks arise, TADs will be called upon by the CoS via the TAD Coordinator to provide support.  Typically this support will fit into normal work center tasking.  However, if tasking conflicts, ours takes precedence.
