Admissions and Scholarships Administrative Office (ASAO)

The Admission and Scholarship Administration Office (ASAO) primarily responsible for the recruiting, screening, and admission of students to the institution, as well as supervising the screening and acceptance of applicants for scholarships and financial support.


Services Offered:

  1. VALEDICTORIAN SCHOLARSHIP

- This is an outright scholarship given to the over-all TOP 1 Senior High student from schools with 150 and above graduates.

Qualifications:·

  • Valedictorian of Batch 2020-2021

  • Entrance Exam (UBAT) result of 40% and above (For scholarship purposes, cut-off date of taking the entrance exam is on the 1st week of July)

  • Grade 12 General Average of 88% or above


  1. ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

Qualifications:

  • Belongs to the Top 10% of the graduating batch

  • Entrance Exam (UBAT) result of 40% and above (For scholarship purposes, cut-off date of taking the entrance exam is on the 1st week of July)

  • Grade 12 General Average of 88% or above


A. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP PD 577)

Dependents of military personnel who died or became incapacitated in the line of duty are granted 100% discount on tuition. Qualified applicants are granted tuition fee discount based on availability of slots and have passed the admission requirements of the university.

B. Tuition Aid

This may be availed of by full time permanent employees and part-time faculty who serve the university. Criteria for availment of this benefit may be found in the Personnel Manual provided by the Human Resource Development Services Office.

C. Student Service Grants

This may be availed by the three University Student Government (USG) Executive Officers. These are the Executive President, Executive Vice President and Executive Treasurer. All three will enjoy a full tuition fee discount. Endorsement Letter is provided by the Director of Student’s Affairs Office (OSA).
