The Lasallian spirit of connection and collaboration was alive during the recently concluded USLS Job Fair 2025, held last May 16 at the USLS Coliseum.
In partnership with the Career Development Centre and the University Student Government, the Center for Alumni welcomed alumni come home, not just as jobseekers, but also as HR professionals, industry leaders, and proud representatives of alumni-owned companies.

The Center for Alumni Relations conducted its Alumni Engagement to Seniors activity, which included the Alumni Exit Orientation and the giving of graduation treats to our beloved graduating students.
As they prepare to leave the halls of La Salle, our seniors were warmly welcomed into the global Lasallian alumni community.
To celebrate this milestone, each senior received a Graduation Treat, a small yet heartfelt token of appreciation as they begin their new chapter as Lasallian alumni.

73rd Handumanan Week: Campus Tour & Brew with Bro
Golden Jubilarians from La Salle Bacolod Class of 1975 were warmly welcomed back to campus, where they enjoyed the Campus Tour highlighting the University's latest developments. Following the tour, the alumni gathered at USLS Br. Miguel Hall Lobby for the 'Brew with Bro' event for a heartfelt 'Kamustahan' session complemented by a comprehensive presentation on University updates.ย
73rd Handumanan Week: Honoring Rites and Thanksgiving Mass
The Center for Alumni Relations, hosted an Honoring Rites and Thanksgiving Mass for the Golden Jubilarians of the Class of 1975 in celebration of 73rd Handumanan Week, held at the St. La Salle Coliseum. A total of 139 Golden Jubilarians were honored with medals and pins, 33 from Grade School, 32 from High School, 64 from College and 10 represented by relatives of Departed Class of 1975 members.ย
The Center for Alumni Relations, in collaboration with the University of St. La Salle Alumni Association Bacolod, welcomed members of High School Batch 1985 as they celebrated their Ruby Jubilee.
The day began with a Thanksgiving Mass and continued with a campus tour and a program filled with memories, messages, and performances. It was made even more special by the presence of eight of their former teachers who joined them in the celebration.
In line with the Center for Alumni Relations' commitment to fostering stronger ties with our alumni across various sectors, CARe recently visited the ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ (๐๐๐๐๐๐๐) to access the official list of winning candidates from the recent elections. This initiative aims to identify Lasallian alumni who are now serving as public officials and community leaders.
We also extended our visit to other key government offices and institutions including the ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ (๐๐๐), in an effort to trace alumni currently contributing their expertise in public service and education.
This ongoing effort forms part of our broader mission to celebrate the impact of Lasallians in nation-building and community development.
The Maalat Family visited the University for an Alumni Campus Tour. Dr. Chula Maalat of college class 1975, came with her two daughters, Ms. Jeca and Ms. Erika, and their children.
The visit was punctuated with heartwarming encounters such as Ms. Jecaโs reuniting with some former classmates who now belong to the University, and Dr. Chula paying a visit to the College of Arts and Sciences, where she used to be the Dean, among others.
The campus tour gave them the chance to rekindle old memories, see familiar locations, find old friends and share their legacy with the future.
As part of our Lasallian Week 2025 celebration, alumni employees of La SalleโBacolod/USLS gathered for the 2nd Tipon La Lasallians sa USLS anchored on the theme โLiving the Lasallian Vibe.โ
Held at the Miguel Lobby, the event brought together our alumni in residence, graduates of La Salle who are now working in the University, for an afternoon of fellowship and shared mission. The gathering highlighted our commitment to sustaining the Lasallian vibe between and among alumni employees as Unified Stewards of the Lasallian Mission.
