Career Highlights:
Early Ventures: Chugani began his career in 1979 by establishing Sindbad’s Wonderland, the Middle East's first Indoor Family Entertainment Centre at the Al Ghurair Centre, Dubai.
Industry Recognition: Recognized as one of the Top 25 Indian CEOs in the Arab World by Forbes magazine, Chugani's leadership at Giordano Middle East has been consistently praised.
Prestigious Awards: Under his leadership, Giordano Middle East received the RLI Global Retailer of the Year Award from Retail & Leisure International (RLI) and the Best Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Retail Brand award from the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres & Retailers (MECS+R) in 2022.
Retail Middle East ICONS: Chugani was honored as one of the most powerful retailers in the Middle East at the Retail Middle East ICONS awards for his outstanding leadership and contributions to the industry.

Chugani grew up in Bacolod City, Philippines, and pursued his studies in business management at De La Salle University, Manila.
