Upon arrival to Washburn Rural High School, please proceed to the Presenter Services table. From the Main Entrance, please proceed to the right past Common Grounds and WRHS Bank, passing through the bank of doors. Presenter Services will be immediately to your right.
At Presenter Services, you will...
Be warmly welcomed to the event,
Receive your Presenter Packet, and
Be directed to refreshments in the Presenter Lounge. This lounge will be available until 2:45 pm.
During the event, you may dial Extension 1141 from any Cisco phone in the building to receive immediate assistance.

Presenter Laptops
Internal presenters should use a district-issued or personal computer device to present. External presenters who have requested a laptop will have a presenter laptop running Windows with access to Google Chrome and Microsoft Office products available in the room.
Requested Technology
All classrooms have projectors, televisions, or interactive televisions. Technology beyond that above is accommodated as possible based on room assignments and presenter requests. Such technologies include the following:
Document cameras,
Sound systems,
Swivl recording devices,
iPads, and
Laptop carts.
Computer Adapters
If your device uses USB-C or VGA to connect to an external display or projector, we encourage you to provide your own adapter. We have a limited quantity of adapters available at Presenter Services. Please call Presenter Services at 1141 from your room if you need an adapter, and we will send someone to your location.
If You Need Technology Assistance
If you run into any technology or room setup issues, please contact Presenter Services at 1141 as soon as the issue has been identified. We will send someone to you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
