The beginning screen screen was going to be orgionaly animated, for when you pressed the play button it would offer an option to open a random save file that you could choose to play on.
The options button would have opened a way to change the sensitivity of the mouse, to change how fast you could look around in the game
The quit button would quit the game entirely, but instead of just quitting Unity each time you press it, It would just display “Player has left the game” in the debug console.
There is no ending screen to the game yet, but it would show same animation in reverse for when you pressed start in the starting screen.
The village is completely ruined, almost every single house is completly gone except for three. Most of the villagers left to find a safer place to live and the ones who stayed have to resort to living in tents
All of the houses have been completely fixed, now some of the original villagers returned to the village again, and even one extra house has been fitted into the village, and it is much cleaner inside of the village now.
Despite this level not being fully completed, the village would have at least seven houses, with a large stone house in the center of the village instead of the well. While the previous wooden walls that were to keep the enemies out are now stone.
Some parts of the gameplay are dark, while others arent. Though there isnt any sound but if there was, the footsteps of the player would sound different depending on surfaces you walk on. While the dialogue would have different tones, the best I can explain it is how the undertale dialogue sounds.
The visual aspect of the game is supposed to be low poly and bright and joy full when you are outside of the village or inside of the village, while it would sound more dark and dreadful if you enter a dungeon or near a boss fight.
This is where the player would practice how to play the game, making it so the player could actually learn how to fight, move around, and jump.
Despite it not being complete, the player would be able to press tab to enter the options menu and they could press "Save Game" making it so that the player could leave the game and not worry about dealing with losing all of their progress.
One of the things that was able to be completed was the dialogue system, where when the player enters the tent inside of the village where the quester resides, the player would automaticly enter a dialogue text, where the player would have to press the Space Bar to skip the typing of the dialogue or to go to the next dialogue text
How the player moves in the game uses the Unity Input System, where you can lay out the various controls like WASD or controller movement. But the player would move around by pressing down the buttons WASD so the player could explore their environment.
The beginging of the game is empty and alone, making you feel like you are in a Liminal space, making the player feel like they should help and fix the village so they arent so alone. But the more you fix the village the brighter the game gets, it makes you feel like you completed a large acomplishment at the end of the game, now that all of the villagers and some more came back to the village you fixed. While when you are in a battle the music would be intense showing the player that its best to cmplete this fight so they feel encouraged to keep going.
