Transcripts

Class of 2002-2024: Official transcripts must be requested from www.parchment.com. A small fee will be charged. 

Unofficial Transcripts (Class of 2025): Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded from Campus Portal under Documents. 

Official Transcripts (Class of 2025): Current students request transcripts through Naviance. Under colleges, select "colleges I'm applying to".  When adding a college, select whether you are applying via Common App or directly to the institution. Then request the transcript. If a college list is already created in Naviance, select "manage transcripts" to make the request. ACT scores will not be placed on the transcript. Midyear and Final Transcripts (current students): Login to Naviance and select "manage transcripts". Click the blue + symbol. Select midyear transcript and the colleges to which you need the document sent. A screencast tutorial can be found at https://screenpal.com/watch/cZVlDqVJe9A. 

Test Scores: Transcripts sent will not include test scores. If you need a test score included on the transcript, please contact Jeri Jones, registrar, at jonesjer@usd437.net. Please note that while Kansas colleges accept test scores from the high school transcript, most out of state schools will require that the student send official test scores directly from www.act.org or www.collegeboard.org. 

Graduating Class of 2001 and before:

Please call our registrar, Jeri Jones at (785) 339-4113 to request a transcript.  

Diplomas

Copies of diplomas are not on file. If you require a reprint, please call Mrs. Kaspar at (785) 339-4100 to reorder. The fee is $5 per diploma.
