Topeka Community Foundation

Kansas Promise Scholarship

Available to Kansas students at several community colleges in specific fields. Eligible programs can be found HERE

Provides microloans to several colleges for completing college preparation activities and courses.


A scholarship database for Kansas students sponsored by the State Treasurer. 

Learn more about scholarship options through ROTC scholarships. Involvement in high school ROTC is not required. Many ROTC scholarships are full tuition. 

Provides full scholarships to low income students at Emporia, Fort Hays, and Wichita. 

The QuestBridge National College Match is designed for high achieving, low income students. QuestBridge awards several full-ride scholarships at the most selective universities. 

The Gates Millennium Scholars Program provides full tuition scholarships to outstanding African American, American Indian/Alaska Native*, Asian Pacific Islander American**, and Hispanic American students who demonstrate financial need

Scholarships for students to study abroad before starting college

The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship designed to help high-achieving students from small towns and rural areas graduate college debt-free.

Since 1946, the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) has awarded more than $21 million in scholarships to outstanding NHS seniors. Each year, scholarship recipients are selected based on their demonstration of the four pillars of NHS: Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character.
