Action Steps

• Expand access to more course offerings for students
  (ie- advanced placement, career exploration, etc.)

• Provide individualized professional development for staff tied to specific goals set by the teacher

• Secure more time for guidance during development of the individual plan of study for the students.

• Continually offer advice and guidance to students and families
  (ie - Career Guidance Conferences, IPS Nights, etc)

• Expand MTSS services in secondary and evaluate elementary for possible implementation improvements while ensuring consistency across the district.
