Action Steps

• Establish a weekly superintendent informational publication or video (ie - YouTube Channel) to be sent throughout the district

• Establish a district YouTube Channel for housing district media
  (ie - Weekly Updates, LiveStreams, etc.)

• Establish a monthly newsletter that is representative of the whole district

• Develop a Giving Back to the Community Day or Days and volunteer opportunities to establish better report with the community

• Implement a Positive Phone Call Home Program
  (ie - Good Call Friday (weekly), Positive Communication Logs)
