I decided to create a podcast as a recap of some of the big events that happened in my 4th grade class in one month. This podcast would be designed with parents and students in mind as the main audience. The podcast could be published each month, using the same jingle and intro slides as well as similar segments.

The segments included in this episode are

• welcome/intro
• holiday related activity (Constitution Day)
• star of the week recap (4 students)
• make math happen (Types of angles)
• closing.

I plan to use images that I create and edit in Photoshop, a screencast clip and audio clips edited with Audacity. In an initial run through of my script, I timed my podcast at approximately 2 minutes. I am planning to use Premiere Pro to put all of my assets together and publish it as an m4v.
