Fort Leavenworth School District utilizes a unique process to identify the most talented and highly qualified candidates for employment. 

Fort Leavenworth School District participates in a variety of KC Metro area university interview events, as well as similar events within and outside of Kansas. During such events, district representatives are available to conduct an initial screening interview for those interested in employment with our school district. 

To establish a complete pre-employment file and to be considered as a fully viable candidate for any of our vacancies, please complete the online employment application. Your application will be retained in active status for one school year. If your qualifications meet our needs, one of our Human Resources team members will contact you for further information and a possible interview.

In-district interviews are typically conducted at the USD 207 Board of Education Office located at 207 Education Way, Fort Leavenworth, KS.  Our school district is located entirely on a military installation, and to access Fort Leavenworth, you will need to first obtain a visitor pass to proceed through the main gate. 

Our Assistant Superintendent of Student Services is also available to candidates being interviewed in the district to assist, including information on obtaining a visitor pass.
