PARTICIPATION FEES : 1 euro = 4,65 lei

• visitors: 50 lei/person;
• specialists from public institutions: 100 lei/person;
• specialists from companies: 200 lei/company (max 2 people);
• exhibitor companies at expo-demo and creative workshops: 200 lei/company + 50 lei/sqm exposed (minimum 3 sqm for stand, banners, stands, roll-up and others to be negotiated and paid to Conference administrator).

The specialists from our partner universities of Cluj-Napoca are exempted from paying the fee, based on reciprocity.
