Campus Ministry

The primary focus and responsibility of Campus Ministry is to foster the spiritual formation and faith development of our students. The programs we offer seek to help our students integrate a knowledge and understanding of their faith with experiences that make that faith a lived reality. To this end, we offer a broad range of campus ministry activities which include all-school liturgies, faith sharing, retreats, service opportunities, service trips, and more.

THE URSULINE PRAYER

(Our daily morning prayer)

Gracious God, we come before you and ask for your blessing. Give us the grace to model the Ursuline values of service, courtesy, loyalty, and courage by attitude and action. Guide us, that in the spirit of St. Angela, our relationships with others may be rooted in reverence, respect, and loving-kindness. Let deep faith, trust, and joy give energy to our efforts as we seek to serve you and your people with generous and open hearts. Grant this in Jesus’ name and through the intercession of St. Angela. Amen.

Prayer is essential to our faith. As it says in Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." St. Angela said in her seventh counsel, "For in these troubled times you will find no other refuge than at the feet of Jesus Christ." Members of our school community prayer daily for the intentions of our students and families. We truly believe in the power of prayer and the comfort it provides to those in need.

Please know that when we gather throughout the school year as a faith community, your intentions will be remembered in our prayers and in our hearts.
