2. Population and Density

Mysłowice has a larger overall population than Basauri, but due to its greater area, its population density is much lower.
Basauri is a very dense city, indicating a more concentrated urban environment, typical of industrial towns in northern Spain

3. Economy and Industry

Both cities share a strong industrial heritage. Mysłowice has been historically linked to coal mining, with mines serving as pillars of the local economy for decades. The Silesia region remains an important mining hub in Europe.
