Job Shadowing
Since the minute we stepped into Gymnazium Lud'ka Pika, we were given the chance and freedom to attend every class that would further develop our Czech Educational System. We are pleased to have attended every single class. There is a selection of pictures where you can learn more about our stay.
1E - ELE
Studens are reviewing the "infinitivo" tense in Spanish. Isabel uses some interactive webpages and students participate actively.
2E - ELE
Students give presentations of a Czech city. They explain the main features and the main attractions.
3E - Chemistry
Marcos explains how the ionic bond happens between metals and non-metals by the transfer of electrons.
3E - Math
As a part of the learning process, exams are also key to show the students' progress. They are checking the corrections and ask questions to the teacher.
2A - English
English is also a mandatory subject in GLP. This will help the students develop their global skills for the future.
Other subjects
Students have 5 minutes between each period independently until the teacher arrives. They have the freedom to use the computers and cellphones, snack or simply get ready for the next class.
Collaborations
Teaching our roots
We are presenting the Basque Country from a diverse approach where culture, gastronomy, traditions, traditional sports and fun facts are introduced. The students are very engaged and share their experience with our culture. They find similarities with our worldknown pintxos.
Some of them mention they have already visited the different regions and cannot wait to go back again. The coming September they will travel to Salamanca and learn a bit more about our wonderful country.
Physics is fun!
Learning Physics doesn't necessarily imply getting bored. It is helpful to experiment in the class, as well as to work collaboratively in groups in order to understand the concepts better. Thanks Marcos for inviting me to be part in these lectures with the students of 4E and 3E! I hope you enjoyed them!

The oral dimension is developed by giving presentations, having small debates between the students and others. Some of the Apps used are: Kahoot, Padlet, Wordwall, Menti, etc.
