End of Year Student Lunch Account Balances
School meal account balances remain in the student's account from year to year. If a child transfers to another building, their balance will transfer with them to the new building.
Graduating seniors with siblings in the district will have their funds transferred to their siblings the week of June 1st and there is no action required.
If your senior does not have a sibling or you do not wish for the funds to be automatically transferred, please fill out this Google Form to indicate if you would like to refund or donate your remaining funds. For refunds, a check will be mailed approximately 3-5 weeks after the form is completed.
Important: if the form is not completed by June 5, 2026 we will assume the funds are to be donated to the Unpaid Student Meals Fund.
Important: For students not returning to UCSD, please complete the Student Refund Request Form to request a refund or to donate the funds to the Unpaid Student Meals Fund.
Negative balances that have not been paid by June 30, 2026 may be sent to collections, per Board Policy 0702A.
