PHY4210 - Semiconductor Technology : The course covers the manufacturing practices used in silicon integrated circuit fabrication. Physical models are developed to explain basic fabrication steps of semiconductor devices.  Students are also exposed to discrete and integrated circuit device design and VLSI processing technologies.
