Welcome to our research group's website! Our group is dedicated to advancing the field of Semiconductor Nanostructures and Devices, and we offer a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities to support our research endeavors. Our facilities are designed to enable high-quality research and to provide our students and researchers with the tools they need to conduct cutting-edge research.
Our facilities include advanced fabrication and characterization equipment for semiconductor devices and nanostructures, including vacuum spin coater CY-100, hotplate magnetic stirrer, centrifuge mini spin plus, wafer and glass cutter, thermal evaporator, contact angle, UV-ozone, spin coater, hydrothermal drying oven, microwave, potentiostat, catalytic degradation measurement system. We also have a range of optical and electrical characterization tools, including photoluminescence spectroscopy, and electrical transport measurements such as 4-point-probe and 2-point-probe testing.
In addition to our core facilities, we have an experienced team of scientists and science officer who are dedicated to supporting our researchers and students. Our team provides training on the use of our equipment and expertise in designing and implementing experiments. We also offer technical support and consultation services to help our researchers achieve their scientific goals.
We invite you to explore our website and learn more about our research group and the facilities we offer. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a tour of our facilities.
