Our group is comprised of a diverse group of researchers, each with their own unique set of skills and expertise. We are dedicated to advancing the field of Semiconductor Nanostructures and Devices, and our team works collaboratively to tackle the most pressing research questions in the field.
Our researchers come from a range of backgrounds, including physics, materials science, electrical engineering, and chemistry, among others. This multidisciplinary approach enables us to tackle complex research problems from a variety of angles, and to develop innovative solutions to some of the most pressing challenges in the field.
Some of our researchers focus on materials synthesis and fabrication, developing new methods for producing high-quality semiconductor nanostructures and devices. Others specialize in device characterization, using a range of advanced tools to understand the fundamental properties of these materials and devices.
We also have researchers who specialize in device applications, exploring how these materials and devices can be used in a variety of applications, from energy harvesting and storage to optoelectronics.
No matter what their area of focus, all of our researchers are dedicated to advancing the field of Semiconductor Nanostructures and Devices and making important contributions to scientific knowledge.
