DP ARTS SHOWCASE 2022

Welcome to this online celebration of Artworks from our Uplands Class of 2022, IB DP Creative Arts students.

While it seems the 'fog' of the Covid-19 pandemic is starting to lift and restrictions are starting to ease, we were again unable to make our LIVE DP Arts Showcase a completely public and open event due to DoE SOPs. Even though the event wasn't 'open-invitation' we were still able to have parents and family of Arts students involved attend, along with Year 13 Upland students and teaching staff. It was so great to see at least some of our school community coming together on campus again to celebrate the wonderful work of our DP Group 6, Creative Arts students. A glimpse of perhaps a return to some kind of normalcy in the near future (touch wood) and proof again that, as Head of Secondary, Ms. Emily Vallance stated in her closing remarks, the Arts breathe life into our school.

Congratulations to all graduating, Class of 2022, Year 13 DP Creative Arts students for not only the resilience and tenacity you have demonstrated over the duration of your DP Arts courses but for the wonderful work you have created, which we celebrate on this site!
