1. Regular Circulation

These are the general education books you can browse in person and borrow for Room Use, home reading, and photocopying.
2. General Reference
(Open-Shelf Collections)
These collections can be browsed in person and borrowed for Room Use and photocopying purposes only.
3. Reserve Collection
This collection is located at the Circulation Desk and can only be accessed with the assistance of the
Circulation in-charge.
The books from this collection can be borrowed for Room Use, photocopying, and overnight home reading.
4. Archives Collection
This collection is maintained by the Head Librarian and the Theses Desk in-charge.
This section plays a critical role in safeguarding and providing access to materials of historical and research significance, hence the materials under this collection are available for Room Use and photocopying, EXCEPT for the Theses which are for Room use only.
5. Serials Collection
This collection is located at the Serials Desk and requires the assistance of the desk in-charge.
The materials from this collection are available for Room Use and photocopying only.
6. CD and DVD Collection
This collection is located at the Circulation and Reserve Desk and requires the assistance of the desk in-charge.
