LOYALTY AWARD - is granted to all officials and employees, in the national and local governments, including those in state colleges and universities (SUCs) and government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs) with charter, who rendered ten (10) years of continuous and satisfactory service in the government.
Qualification and Conditions
- All permanent, temporary, casual, contractual appointments
- Employee who completed the ten (10) years of continuous and satisfactory service.
- Employee who incurred an aggregate of not more than 50days authorized vacation leave without pay within 10-years shall be considered as having rendered continuous service for purposes of granting the loyalty.
- In the same way, an employee who incurred an aggregate of not more than 25days authorized vacation leave without pay within 5-year period may be qualify for the 5-year milestone loyalty award.
- Employee has no pending administrative case
Exclusion Criteria
- Lecturers and other non-regular appointments
- Faculty's WOC appointments
- Consultancy services
- Employees on terminal leave
- Resigned/retired employees at the time of the reckoning date
- Deceased employees
- Employees found guilty of administrative case
- Employees with Unsatisfactory rating during the milestone period
