This is a kind reminder that the deadline for the processing of the GE Plan of Study is on September 21, 2026 (Monday). Please follow the process below in filing your GE Plan of Study:

1. Accomplish the GE Plan of Study. 

2. Print 3 copies in an A4 Sheet.

3. Consult and coordinate with your assigned registration adviser for their wet signature.

4. Once signed, leave the copy to Miss Vivian Quilloy (DSS Admin Staff) or at the designated Drop Box at the DSS Pigeon Holes. 

5. The DSS will be the one to submit the form to the CAS-OCS, as they prefer batch submissions rather than individual submissions.

Please note that UPLB now offers Film 10 (Film as Art and Social Practice)  and Film 12 (Philippine Cinema as Art Form and Cultural Product) that is not yet reflected in the CAS Form. You can still put this in the form.
