The redesigned curriculum aims to reduce the students' academic load from 18 to 15 units every semester. Sociology courses can be demanding because it requires reading and making sense of essential learning materials, collaborative tasks with fellow students, and independent study. As a result, the students can take six units every midyear.
Note: All the students should follow the 2018 BA SOC Curriculum starting in 2023. This 2020 Redesigned curriculum was implemented only during the COVID-19 pandemic.
