To be the lead information resource center in the Cordillera Region.

Mission:

Shall sustain scholarly and information needs of students, faculty, Research, Extension and Professional Staff (REPS), and staff of UP Baguio and other researchers by providing fast access to information and up-to-date information sources.

GRC Objectives:

• The GRC shall provide UP Baguio graduate students support services to help them meet their academic requirements.

• It serves as a center for the dissemination of information relevant to graduate studies.

• Through the GRC, UP Baguio hopes to enhance the library resources for its graduate programs.
