CHE Policies for RLC Units Designation
Applicant is a project leader of an externally funded project with at least 4-6 months duration per semester
Applicant is a lead author or creator of a peer-reviewed article accepted in a national or international journal, but the work must not be subject to any financial reward by the University
Applicant is a publicly acknowledged author or major contributor to a national policy or law
Other equivalent research or creative work output, such as a patent claim

divide 3 units equally among leaders

1 unit per 4 modules
1 unit per book chapter; 2 units per 2 or more book chapters
Note: Finished publications cannot be applied for RLC, only those that are on-going write ups during the semester of RLC application

For Teaching Modules, accomplish a personally funded contract, a template of which is available at the UP Diliman OVCRD website
