Policy/ Implementing Guideline formulation
Formulates policies, guidelines, and directions for RCW and publications activities in CHE in consultation with the College’s Executive Board (CEB).
Formulates mechanisms/criteria for evaluations of RCW proposals for purposes of submission to a funding agency or incorporation into college-wide or university-wide coordinated projects/ programs
Facilitation
Appoints ad hoc committee to review RCW proposals and CHE publication materials prior to submission, through the proper channels, to the funding agencies and publisher, when appropriate.
Initiates, plans, and designs college-wide RCW and publication activities
RCW and publication activities implementation and coordination
Coordinates RCW and publication activities in the College through optimum utilization of resources.
Assists individual faculty members in the preparation of project proposals and in seeking financial support from funding agencies.
Promotes RCW and publication collaboration with other university units and other outside agencies.
Assists faculty members in disseminating results of RCW and publication undertakings in local and international fora.
Consolidates all relevant information (i.e., approved project proposal and MOA) pertaining to all RCW and publication undertakings of students and faculty in the College.
Monitors all RCW activities of the College.
Certifies that the faculty has approved research load credit (RLC), international publication award (IPA) and research dissemination grant (RDG)
