Library Organic Act
We at the Library support the University Quality Policy Statement and commit to provide relevant information resources and services responsive to customer's needs.
Bonafide students, faculty members and staff of the NTTCHP and all UPM & UP constituent units can use and have access to the information resources of the NTTCHP/Health Professions Education Library with the provision that:
A valid UP ID for the current semester (for students) or equivalent employee ID (for faculty & staff) can be presented;
Use of Official UP Mail account is mandatory for literature search request/document delivery, and other online services for proper identification and ensure accountability to secure the resources of the University.
The University Library Organic Act guides the operational procedures, rules and regulations implemented by the Library.
The Library adheres to the guidelines stipulated in the Data Privacy Act, Copyright, and the Fair/Acceptable use statements of the University.
Its day-to-day frontline service delivery is governed by the UL Citizen's Charter.
Library guidelines in the New normal brought about by the pandemic is being followed for our health & safety.
Library guidelines, rules and regulations implemented by NTTCHP, UP Manila, and the UP System libraries are in the University Library Organic Act approved by the BOR in 1991 .
