Week 4: November 16-21

I observed again the training program and had another follow-up with the mentors via online about some challenges and initial recommendations about the existing training program. Hearing from a few of the trainees regarding their expectations and training experiences was beneficial.

Since most of the trainees suggested a Filipino version of the existing materials for a more relatable and clear understanding.

It was helpful to hear the mentor’s response through the online consultation and follow-up, for it will guide me to the project proposal according to the needs identified.
