The BRSL has modern facilities that are equipped with the latest equipment to ensure that we will deliver technical services closely linked to our research.
Cell and Tissue Culture Laboratory
A sterile laboratory equipped with a biosafety cabinet, incubators, microscope, centrifuge, and other instruments needed for cell and tissue culture experiments.
Microscopy Room
Laboratory containing microscopes for performing microscopical analyses of biological and non-biological samples. The lab also houses a cryostat for slide preparation of frozen samples.
Molecular Biology Laboratory
Laboratory facility equipped for conducting molecular biology experiments.
Microbiology Laboratory
Laboratory appointed with equipment for the proper culture and maintenance of microbial and microalgal cultures, as well as conducting microbiological experiments.
General Laboratory and Training Room
General laboratory facility housing equipment and instruments used in common laboratory procedures. This room can also serve as a training room that can accommodate up to 8 trainees.
