Research Activity of the Programme
This page lists articles related to the scientific field of Human Resource Management, both in the domestic and international environment. The main objective is the development of research in the optimal working environment, with a basic orientation on human capital for the benefit of the an organization and the society as a whole. The students of the MSc with the guidance of the teaching professors, having as a central pillar the teaching and coursework, as well as the final thesis, which they will prepare in the postgraduate program, can write scientific articles that will be published in reputable Greek and international scientific journals. Subsequently, the teaching professors can develop scientific/research collaborations among themselves, as the main aim of the MSc is to orientate the systematic research activity of the teaching staff in all scientific fields taught in the postgraduate programme.
