The Department of International and European Studies of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts of the University of Macedonia operates and organizes from the academic year 2025-2026 the Postgraduate Studies Programme (MSc) entitled "International Human Resource Management Policies, Communication and Leadership".

The purpose of the  Postgraduate Studies Programme is to provide training in the design and implementation of international policies related to the organization of Management - at international level - in the organization of International Management in the management of Communication, in the management of change in the light of international political economy and organization of Business in international environments, in dealing with problems related to professional development, in professional selection and problems of adaptation in the workplace, as well as in the development of skills and military skills.

The programme awards a Master's Degree in "International Human Resource Management Policies, Communication and Leadership".  Graduates from the departments of universities in Greece and recognized similar institutions abroad as well as graduates of TEI departments of related subject matter are admitted to the MSc. The Postgraduate Diploma of Specialization (M.Sc.) is awarded after the completion of ninety (90) ECTS (European Credit Transfer System), according to the current European system of transfer and accumulation of credits.

The MSc contributes to the improvement and development of responsible Executives of the Human Resources Management Departments, to the best possible utilization of human resources, to the formation of managers, supervisors and generally "leading" personalities and competent management, to the development of communication skills and abilities in the field of international management of companies/organizations, in the particularly difficult and competitive environment of the modern digital era, in the constitution on management performance issues, so that they can optimally cope with and manage changes in their working environments.

The teaching of the courses is carried out entirely through the use of modern distance learning methods, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4957/2022. The Postgraduate Diploma of Specialization (M.Sc.) awarded upon successful completion of the Programme offers certification in distance education.
