The Master's degree in International Human Resources Management aims to specialize the student in the strategy of human resources management and the necessity of its harmonization with the international management strategy in competitive environments, contributing to the enhancement of the role of human resources and the strengthening and maintenance of competitive advantage, so that both organisations and enterprises and individuals as employees can ensure their prosperity and positive development, participating decisively in the future development of the organisation and the enterprise.
