1st Prize: Each winner gets a Redmi 12C 4GB RAM + 128GB Smartphone worth Rs. 11,790 by Linxia.

Detailed guidelines for the participants:
1: The Inter-University Cybercrime Caricature Competition 2023 invites students from all the universities in Mauritius to demonstrate their skills in Cybercrime knowledge, Countermeasures for the chosen Cybercrime topic and Caricature skills.
2: Each team consisting of 2 students should demonstrate one cybercrime and its countermeasures as a storyboard in English with a maximum of 3 A4 posters. Participants can use any design software to design the caricature.
4: Each team should submit a brief report on the evidence of the work's originality and software used.
5: The submission date for the final work is on the 11th of September 2023 before 5:00 PM.
6: The initial elimination assessment will be done by the University of Mauritius and the Harel Mallac team.
7: The final assessment will be done by a team consisting of examiners from national and international levels.
8: Best three teams will be awarded prizes during the award ceremony scheduled for Cybersecurity Awareness Month in October.
9: During the month of October, to spread awareness among school kids, college students, university students and others, the best 3 caricatures will be published in news, media, social media, schools, colleges and other entities.
10: Best caricatures will also be published in Cybersecurity and Forensics Research Group's e-Magazine.
11: The prizes for the best three teams will be awarded by Harel Mallac Technologies.
