Mrs. Murphey

Hello, my name is Jennifer Crawford, MSW, LICSW, and I am one of the School Social Workers at United South Central Public Schools. I graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Social Work and minoring in Psychology from Mankato State University. In 2009, I completed my Master of Science Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, majoring in Social Work with an emphasis on understanding and working in rural communities. I have passed the Minnesota Board of Social Work licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and I am licensed through the Minnesota Department of Education as a School Social Worker.

I am so excited to be starting my 23rd year at USC! I feel very fortunate to work with such wonderful students and families in our district, as well as the highly skilled and caring professionals in our school system.

I have included information regarding Social Work Services available to students and families of USC. As the School Social Worker, it is my job to be a link between the home, school, and communities of USC. School Social Workers promote and support student's academic and social success by providing specialized services.
