Hello Everyone!!! 

Welcome to 6th grade! My name is Mrs. Marcopulos, & I will be your science teacher here on Team 6B. This is my 2nd year of teaching. I am the golf coach at Evans too. I love science, and I can’t wait to share that with you!

Here's a little bit more about me:

I grew up in a small town outside of Springfield. I grew up on a family farm, and graduated from Auburn High School. I went to college at Illinois State University. I graduated in 2024.  I got married that summer to my husband, Zach. He works for Encounter Campus Ministry at ISU. I started my teaching career at Evans Junior High last year which was special for me because I student taught here as well. Outside of the classroom, I love to read, bake, and spend time with my friends and family.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS: sunsets, walks, coffee, dessert (especially ice cream), candy (probably just anything sweet), and time with friends and family!
