TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry is open to all academic staff and students from local and international universities, polytechnics, institutes, colleges, and schools.
Each participation should consist of a maximum of FIVE (5) members.
Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is from a distinct project. Each submission requires a separate registration and fee
Abstract submission must be in English, Malay or Arabic. (For Arabic abstracts, the innovation title must be written in both English and Malay).
Only registrations with submitted abstracts and completed fee payments will be recognized as official participants and issued the IICFE2025 Acceptance Letter.
The Acceptance Letter will be emailed once your registration and payment have been verified. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
An e-certificate will be issued to the team leader and will include the names of all group members.
Winners of the Best of the Best Award in each category will receive a special commemorative plaque.
DISCLAIMER
All results are final. Appeals or correspondence related to the results will not be entertained.
The judging panel and organising committee will not be held liable for any issues or outcomes related to the competition results.
The organizers have the right to reject any entries that are below the video expectation requirements, plagiarism or have any sensitive/political issues.
Participants are fully responsible for any copyright infringement issues related to images, music, software, or external content used in the project.
The organisers will use the information provided in the registration form as final. They will not be responsible for any errors in wording or translation.
The jurors or members of the organising committee are not responsible for any issues arising from or associated with the competition results or actions.
IICFE2025 Organising Committee reserves the right to use submitted materials for promotional and academic purposes, with appropriate credit to the participants.
The reviewers' decisions are final, and no disputes or appeals will be entertained.
Participants are responsible for ensuring all files, links, and supporting documents are complete and correctly submitted by the deadline. Incomplete submissions will not be evaluated.
AWARDS
All registered participants are eligible to receive either Gold, Silver, or Bronze Awards, along with an e-Certificate.
Best of the Best Award for each category will be given a special plaque.
Only one (1) medal is provided per team. Meanwhile, the e-Certificate will include all of the group members’ names in one e-Certificate (softcopy).
For additional medals, a fee of RM40 / USD20 per medal is applicable. Extra medals will be shipped to the address provided by the Team Leader.
Medals will be posted by phases, at the latest by November 2025.
