PARTICIPATION STEPS
Prepare Your Abstract
Download the abstract template from the website and write your abstract according to the provided guidelines and format.
Make Payment
Complete the payment before the Registration, Abstract & Payment deadline (30th August 2025). Be sure to save the proof of payment for the next registration step.
Register Your Project
Click on the registration link and fill in the Google Form with the required information, including your abstract and proof of payment.
Letter of Acceptance
Once your registration is complete, your abstract is reviewed and payment verified. An LOA will be emailed to you within 14 working days. Please check your spam/junk folder if not received.
Submit Video Presentation
Submit your video presentation via YouTube link only. Please refer to the Video Submission Guidelines for more information.
Judging Process
Appointed panels of experts will review and evaluate all submitted projects.
Announcement of Results
Competition results will be announced on the IICFE2025 website and selected platforms during the online closing ceremony. A live broadcast link will be provided on the official website.
