• Payment is applicable per group. If you are participating in more than one group, please make a separate payment for each group. 

Please observe the following: 

(a) If the Team Leader is a student, the payment should be categorised under Student.

(b) If the Team Leader is an educator, the payment should be categorised under Educator.

(c) Payment should be made under the Team Leader's name. 

• Please ensure the correct reference (IICFE25_TeamLeaderName) is included in the payment transaction description to avoid delays in verification.

• Upload proof of payment in the Registration Form.

• Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable​​

• Please note that no changes to the project title or category will be accepted after submission.

• Incomplete submissions (e.g., missing proof of payment, incomplete registration form, etc.) will result in automatic disqualification.

• The Organizing Committee of IICFE2025 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

FEES

• The fees must be paid as per the category registered.

• Fees paid are not refundable.

• Changes in title and category will not be entertained.

ADDITIONAL MEDAL PAYMENT (OPTIONAL)

Participants who wish to order additional medals for their submitted project(s) may do so using the same payment method as the registration fee.

Fee: RM30 / USD8 per medal

Payment Method: Use the same account details provided above

Please upload the payment receipt for the additional medal(s) together with your video submission via the Video Submission Form.

Important: Clearly indicate the following format in the payment reference/details section:

Extra Medal – TeamLeaderName – [Number of Medals]
