Additional Medal Purchase

Congratulations, Innovators!

You’ve made it this far — your dedication and creativity have helped shape the future of education. To celebrate your team’s success, IICFE 2025 now opens the Additional Medal Purchase Form for participants who wish to obtain extra medals for their team members after the award announcement.

Important Notes

·   This form is only for participants who did not purchase additional medals earlier during video submission.

·   Each additional medal is priced at RM30 / USD8.

·   All additional medals will be shipped together with your team’s original medals to the same address provided during your initial registration.

·   Payment must be made via the official IICFE 2025 website under the Fee & Payment section.

·   A clear screenshot or scanned copy of your payment receipt is required as proof of payment.

Deadline

All submissions and payments for additional medals must be completed by 19 October 2025 (Sunday), 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time).

Late submissions will not be processed.

Important Notice for IICFE 2025 Winners,

• Medal: Each group will receive one (1) medal according to the award won.

Medal distribution will begin in phases starting 30 November 2025.

• Extra Medal: Additional medal(s) will be provided only to those who have made payment during the Video Submission or via the Additional Medal Form (Google Form)

• E-Certificate: E-certificates will be distributed via team leaders’ emails starting 16 November 2025, in phases. Winners may also check the updates on the IICFE 2025 website for further announcements.
