HOW TO REGISTER

We have two options to register, through the internet or using paper forms.

Via the Internet: Available 8/11/22

Log In to www.mypaymentsplus.com, create or log on to your account, click on activities, choose your meal plan, or add declining balance funds, and make payment. (Detailed instructions for mypaymentsplus.com can be found on the following page.)

There is a 3% convenience fee for any payment processed thru mypaymentsplus.com

Obtaining a parent account will give you 24/7 access to information such as the balance in your student’s meal plan account and record of what they have purchased in the cafeteria.

For parents using declining balance, you can set up low balance alerts and auto payments

By regular mail/in person: You can fill out the form on page 7 and either mail it or bring it in to the cafeteria with your payment. (cash or check accepted in person)

HOW TO CREATE A MyPaymentsPlus ACCOUNT

Go to www.MyPaymentsPlus.com

Click: Register a FREE account

Step 1: Add your student to the account.

  • Select your state and school from the dropdowns.

  • Next, you will see the box below. Please select “I have a student enrolled or I am a staff member of this district.” (If you are the student, the same directions apply.)

  • Enter your child’s Veracross ID number and last name

  • Your child's student ID # can be obtained thru Veracross

  • If your child’s last name has a suffix, please keep this in mind when entering the last name. Ex. “Smith Jr.” “Smith IV” “Smith‐Arnold”

  • Select: Next

  • If you wish to add another student, repeat step 1.

Step 2: Create your profile.

  • Enter your name, address, and phone number.

  • Enter an active e‐mail address. It’s important to enter a correct address so that you can receive e‐mail reminders, username/password information, and payment confirmations.

  • Select: Next

Step 3: Create your sign‐in.

  • Choose a “Username” that will be easy for you to remember.

  • Enter a 7‐20 character password. Keep in mind that your password is case sensitive. (1 number and 1 letter required).

  • Enter a password hint to help you remember your password.

  • Select: Next

Step 4: Confirm your profile.

  • Verify that all information you entered is correct.

  • If you need to change any of the information, you can click on the Edit link next to each section title.

  • Select: Finish Registration

Step 5: Your registration is complete!

  • Sign in by entering the username/password you created in “Step 1”.

SETTING UP LOW-BALANCE E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS & AUTO PAYMENTS ONLINE

  • Log-in to your account at: www.MyPaymentsPlus.com

  • Each of the customized settings have a button pertaining to that setting

  • By clicking either the Low-Balance Notifications button or the Auto-Pay button, you will then enter the dollar amount that you want to outline as the “lowest amount” your student’s account will hit before a low-balance e-mail notification or auto-payment is processed.

  • Be sure to click “Save Changes” when you are finished.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

Click “Forgot username or password?” and enter your email address in the location provided for a link to be sent to that email. (Please note: you must use the email you registered with).
