Social programme

The social programme will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, starting 16:00, just after the afternoon session.

A bus transfer from the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering (information about the exact collection place will be published here in the next days) will take the participants at the Vatican Museum, for a private guided visit to a part of the Museum and the Sistine Chapel; the visit will start at 17:00 and will end at 19:00.

Then a bus transfer will take the participants at the restaurant Il Miraggio, via della Lungara 16, Rome, for the social dinner.

After the social dinner, at 23:15, a bus transfer will take the participants back the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering.

One-day registered partecipants and accompanying persons interested to participate to the social programme have to register at the following fees:

• private guided visit to a part of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel - 90 Euros
• social dinner - 40 Euros

The social programme fees can be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card, using the same procedure for the registration to the Symposium (deadline June 18, 2018).

The system applies a two-steps procedure:

step 1 (only for accompanying persons) - you create your user account

step 2 - you complete your registration to the social programme as a one-day registered partecipant and accompanying person, which forms an order liable to pay your registration fee; following registration the original of your personal invoice is available for download and printing

The social programme fees can be paid also on site, but only by cash.

VERY IMPORTANT - Please consider that the on site registration and the fee payment by cash for the private visit to the Vatican Museum, will be accepted ONLY BY MONDAY 18, 2018, DUE TO STRICT LOGISTIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADMISSION TO THE VATICAN MUSEUM.
