Registration fees - IAG Travel awards
Three kinds of registration fees are distinguished:
- Regular 450 Euro
- Young Researcher (age < 32 at Symposium) 250 Euro
- One-Day 100 Euro
An additional 50 Euro fee will be charged to Regular and Young Researcher registration fee in case of late registration (after *** April 10, 2018 *** - deadline updated due to the new deadline - April 5, 2018 - for the notification of the abstracts acceptation).
The Regular and Young Researcher registration fees include:
- coffee breaks
- symposium proceedings (on-line version)

the One-Day registration fee includes coffee breaks (and eventual open bar) for the registration day.

The system applies a two-steps procedure:
step 1 - you create your user account; this step allows you already to submit the title(s) and the abstract(s) of your contribution(s)
step 2 - you complete your registration as a participant, which forms an order liable to pay your registration fee; following registration the original of your personal Invoice is available for download and printing
